Frequently Asked Questions
Simply go to your account management page at www.syncbank.com/amazon and opt into electronic statements. You’ll receive a notification via email when your statement is ready, along with a link to view and download your statement, plus make a payment.
You will be charged interest on the balance due and accrue interest until the amount is paid off.
- To avoid paying Deferred Interest charges on any Deferred Interest promotion, you must pay at least your minimum payment due, if any, each month and the entire applicable Promotional Balance by the Expiration Date.
The Account Balance Summary on the statements for Amazon Store Cards, Amazon Prime Cards and Amazon Credit Builder details how your last payment was allocated. (Amazon Corporate Revolving Credit Line statements do not include an Account Balance Summary.) In that grid, you’ll see a breakdown of the balances for regular purchases as well as the purchase dates and amounts of each Promotional Financing or Deferred Interest offer you took advantage of. You’ll also see the amount of interest being charged for each purchase, if applicable.
- Deferred Interest promotions that are about to expire are highlighted in red in the Account Balance Summary grid, to remind you that the balance will soon be due.
- If you would like to apply a payment to a specific promotional or non-promotional balance, visit www.syncbank.com/amazon or call 866-634-8379 to learn about the options available.
Interest charges are calculated based on the APR, or annual percentage rate, disclosed in the details when you signed up for your credit card. APR is calculated on the daily balance within each billing period. For example, if your billing period ends on the 15th of each month, and you purchase something on the 10th, you will see it on the statement ending on the 15th, which is posted or mailed to you 5–10 days later. Simply pay off the total balance due by the statement due date to avoid paying interest.
- To avoid paying Accrued Interest Charges on any Differed Interest promotion(s), you must pay at least your minimum payment due, if any, each month and the entire applicable Promotional Balance by the Expiration Date.
- Equal Pay 0% APR promotions are not assessed interest and equal monthly payments are required until the Promotional Balance is paid in full.
